We process your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) as well as the National Data Protection Regulation. Below we will inform you about us and the nature, scope and purpose of the data collection and use:

 

Who we are

Collection and processing of data

We process personal data that you make available to us as a user of the website and / or as a customer of our products or as interested parties in our products. The processing of your personal data takes place in the context of the initiation of the contract, as well as for the fulfillment of our contractual obligations with you, to obtain credit reports from credit bureaus, to answer your inquiries, or for advertising. 6 para. 1 lit. a DS-GVO, if you have consented to the processing of your data by us (e.g. in the context of a registration, or participation in a competition organized by us);

6 para. 1 lit. f DS-GVO, if we have a legitimate interest in the processing of your data, which outweighs your interest in the protection of your personal data (e.g. the collection of credit information from credit agencies by us before concluding a legal transaction or for advertising purposes, if you are already a customer or interested in our services [ErwGr 47 DS-GVO]).

 

Use and disclosure of personal data

Insofar as you have provided us with personal data as a user of our website and / or customer or prospective customer of our products, we process these only for the aforementioned data processing purposes. Personal data is processed by us within the corporate group and transmitted to our business partners.
